The short answer
WeTracked sends your orders. DataCops decides which visits deserve to be sent, and adds the sales that happen after a form.
- DataCops: best overall if you want the whole tracking chain. Server-side from your own subdomain, a bot verdict on every visit, a consent manager built in, and CRM stages sent to your ads. Works on any site.
- Littledata: best for Shopify stores that live in GA4.
- TrackBee: best for Shopify brands happy to pay by tracked revenue.
- Analyzify: best for stores that want a GTM setup done for them.
- WeTracked: best for stores that need X, Pinterest and Snapchat and a ROAS dashboard.
Most people look for a WeTracked alternative for one of two reasons. The order-based bill grew with the store. Or the numbers in Meta still do not feel right, even with server-side tracking on.
The second reason is the interesting one. A pixel app fixes the missing orders. It does not ask whether the visit that led to the order was a person, whether that person agreed to be tracked, or what happened to the leads that never checked out.
Is a pixel app enough?
Pixel apps like WeTracked do one job well: they install your store pixels and send your events server-side, so ad blockers and Safari stop hiding orders. That job matters. DataCops does it too, from your own subdomain.
But that is one slice of the chain. Before the event is sent, someone should decide if the visit was real. Before anything is tracked, someone should check consent. After it is sent, someone should be able to tell you why it arrived or not. And for many businesses, the sale is not an order at all. It is a booked call or a won deal in a CRM.
What a pixel app covers
- Store pixels installed for you
- Orders and store events sent server-side
- A revenue or ROAS dashboard
What DataCops adds around it
- A bot verdict per visit, Real people only per platform
- A consent manager built in (IAB TCF v2.2)
- A delivery log with the reason for every row
- Leads, bookings and won deals from your CRM
The same holds for WordPress plugins like PixelYourSite and Pixel Manager for WooCommerce. They put pixels inside WordPress and can send events server-side. DataCops is not a plugin. It is one script and one DNS record, so it works the same on WooCommerce, Webflow, a landing page builder or a custom site, and your tracking does not break when you move platforms.
So the honest split is simple. If all you need is orders reaching Meta, a pixel app or plugin does it. If you need to know those orders came from real, consenting people, and you also sell after a form, you need the whole chain.
A pixel app moves the order. A tracking solution decides what your ads should learn from.
What's your actual goal?
Nobody wants a pixel app for its own sake. You want five things:
- Capture every sale and lead, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
- Send them to your ad platforms, so Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn learn who buys.
- Include the sales that happen off the checkout, on a call, in a CRM, on an invoice.
- Keep bots out, so the platforms do not learn from fake traffic.
- Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.
WeTracked covers the first two for stores. Here is the same goal, done both ways.
The traditional way, with WeTracked
- Install the app on your store and connect your pixels.
- Connect each ad platform.
- Buy a consent banner from another vendor and set it up.
- Find a separate tool for bot traffic, or live with it.
- Find another tool for leads and CRM sales, if you have any.
- Check each ad platform's own tools when a number looks off.
With DataCops
- Add one script and one DNS record.
- Connect each ad platform with one click.
- Switch on the consent manager.
- Switch on Real people only.
- Connect HighLevel or your CRM webhook if you sell after a form.
Then run your business. Every send has a row in the delivery log, with the reason next to it.
The real cost of a $49 tool
WeTracked Starter is $49 a month for 500 orders. That is the number on the invoice. The real cost sits in the questions nobody asks before they buy. Answer them with your own numbers.
How many hours will it take to build your pixels, a consent banner and a bot filter before the first sale is tracked?
How many hours a month will someone spend keeping it working when Meta, Google or TikTok change something?
If a tag breaks quietly for a week, how many leads never reach your ads? And what is one lead worth to you?
How many sales a month close in your CRM that your ads never hear about?
The last question matters most. When bots add to cart and fill forms, your ads learn to find more of them. Cost per sale climbs, and nothing in the ROAS dashboard tells you why.
Cheap tracking is the most expensive line in your ad budget. It just does not send you the invoice.
Why people leave WeTracked
WeTracked does its job for stores. People leave for reasons around it.
- The bill follows your orders. Starter covers 500 orders a month. A good month pushes you to Business at $149.
- It is built for checkouts. If part of your revenue comes from leads, calls or a CRM, a store app does not see it.
- Bots are not on the page. We found no bot filtering listed on its home or pricing page.
- Consent is someone else's job. We found no consent manager listed, so you bring your own.
- No free plan. You try it on its 60-day money-back guarantee, not on a free tier.
The real difference: what reaches your ads
Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.
Server-side, from your own subdomain
Both tools send events server-side. DataCops does it from your own subdomain with one script and one DNS record, so the tracking is first-party.
Every visit gets a verdict
We found no bot filtering listed on WeTracked's home or pricing page. DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies, and turns it into one switch per ad platform (see click fraud protection). Turn on Real people only for Meta and flagged visits never reach Meta. With it on, about 99% of bots are kept out. It is off by default, so you choose where it applies.
The sale is not always an order
WeTracked is built around checkouts. That is right for a pure store. But a lot of businesses sell on a call, in a clinic or through a quote. DataCops sends those stages: install once on your HighLevel agency and pick the clients, and form leads, booked calls, show-ups, won deals with their value and paid invoices go to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, matched to the ad click by click ID or hashed email and phone. Any other CRM posts to a private webhook. Read more on offline conversions.
Consent is built in
WeTracked calls its tracking cookieless and GDPR compliant. We found no consent manager listed on its site, so the banner is yours to buy and wire up. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, served from your own domain, and website events wait for consent before they are sent.
You can see why each event was sent
A ROAS dashboard tells you what came in. It does not tell you why an order never reached Meta. DataCops writes every conversion as a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it.
Returning shoppers are remembered
Safari deletes cookies set by browser scripts after 7 days. DataCops keeps click IDs for 90 days and remembers visitors for up to 400 days from your own subdomain (in the EU, only with consent). WeTracked lists a Klaviyo revenue integration; DataCops does not send to Klaviyo.
Privacy and deletion are built in
Visitors can ask for deletion through a self-serve form, confirmed by email, with their session anonymised and a status page. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are acted on automatically; Google Ads deletions are a manual step. Click IDs, sessions and the click log are deleted after 90 days, and the identity store holds hashed emails and phones only. We found none of this listed on WeTracked's site.
WeTracked tells you the order arrived. DataCops tells you whether the visit behind it was real.
Sales after the checkout, by business
Pure stores sell on the checkout. Everyone else sells later. Here is what DataCops adds, by business.
| Business | What a store pixel sees | What DataCops adds |
|---|---|---|
| Stores with phone or quote sales | Checkout started | The order that was actually paid, by webhook |
| High-ticket products with a sales call | Enquiry form | Call booked, deal won with its value |
| Clinics and med spa | Nothing, no checkout | Booked, showed, treatment paid |
| Agencies running client ads | Orders per store | Every client's leads, bookings and won deals |
| B2B and SaaS | Nothing, no checkout | Signup, trial, paid, by webhook |
From HighLevel natively, or any CRM by private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Setup, step by step, side by side
Here is the same job done both ways. WeTracked steps come from its own site. DataCops steps are what you do in the dashboard.
| The job | With WeTracked | |
|---|---|---|
| Get events server-side | Install the app on a supported store or checkout. No coding, about 5 minutes by its own account. | Add one script and one DNS record, on any site. |
| Connect ad platforms | Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google Ads. | One click each: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn. |
| Handle consent | Not listed on their site. Bring your own banner. | Switch on the built-in consent manager (IAB TCF v2.2). |
| Keep bots out | Not listed on their site. | Switch on Real people only for each platform. |
| Send a CRM sale | Not listed on their site. | Install once on HighLevel, or post the sale to your webhook. |
| Find out why a conversion is missing | Check the Pulse dashboard, then each platform's own tools. | Open the delivery log row. The reason is next to it. |
"15 minutes to get server-side tracking live. After 3 days failing with another app and a DIY server-side Google Tag Manager, that alone sold me. Then support jumped on a Google Meet with me on a Sunday afternoon to finish the job."Andrew Forsyth, Chief Executive Officer, Zeald

1. DataCops: best WeTracked alternative overall
DataCops is the tracking solution for ad-funded businesses: it keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale that happens after the form to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. On the basics, DataCops does what WeTracked does: events go server-side, so ad blockers and Safari stop hiding sales. The difference is the rest of the chain. Every visit gets a bot verdict. Consent is checked by a built-in manager. Leads and CRM stages reach your ads. And every event has a row that says what happened and why.
Why people switch to it
- Works on any site, not only stores
- Real people only keeps bots out of each platform
- Booked, showed, won and paid from HighLevel or any CRM
- Priced by visits, with a free plan
Worth knowing
- Four ad platforms, no X, Pinterest or Snapchat
- No ROAS or creative dashboard
- Not a WordPress plugin
Best for: businesses that want the whole tracking chain, not just the pixel.

2. Littledata: best for Shopify stores on GA4
Littledata is built for stores that care about GA4 as much as their ads. It sends orders to GA4, Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo. The Flex plan charges per order with no minimum, which suits a small store. Scale starts at $159 a month for 1,500 orders, then $0.15 per extra order.
Why people switch to it
- Strong GA4 feed
- Pay per order with no minimum
Worth knowing
- Store-only, like WeTracked
- Bots and consent not on its pricing page
Best for: stores that read their numbers in GA4.

3. TrackBee: best for Shopify brands priced by revenue
TrackBee prices by tracked revenue instead of orders, with 19 integrations and an Insights add-on at €19.99 a month. For a brand with a high order value, that can land cheaper than paying per order. The trial needs no card.
Why people switch to it
- 19 integrations
- Free trial without a card
Worth knowing
- The bill grows with revenue
- Store-only
Best for: stores where revenue-based pricing fits better than orders.

4. Analyzify: best for a GTM setup done for you
Analyzify builds a GTM-based setup for your store, with GA4 and pixels for 10+ platforms, and charges a one-time implementation fee. You get a proper GTM foundation without building it yourself. You still own a GTM setup afterwards.
Why people switch to it
- Setup done by their team
- Pixels for 10+ platforms
Worth knowing
- Highest entry price here
- A GTM setup to live with
Best for: stores that want GTM, built by someone else.

5. WeTracked: still right for many stores
WeTracked reaches more ad platforms than DataCops, including X, Pinterest and Snapchat, and adds a ROAS dashboard, creative analytics and many checkout apps. For a store that lives on those channels and sells only on the checkout, it is a strong fit.
Why people stay
- Six ad platforms
- ROAS and creative reports
- 24/7 chat, 60-day guarantee
Worth knowing
- Priced by orders, no free plan
- Bots, consent and CRM stages not listed
Best for: pure stores on many ad channels.
What you give up with DataCops
Fair question, so here is the straight answer.
- Fewer destinations. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. No X, Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads or GA4 feed.
- No ROAS dashboard. No ROAS view or creative reports. You read results in your ad platforms and the delivery log.
- No plugin, no one-time price. On WooCommerce it is one script, not a WordPress plugin. Some plugins sell a one-time or yearly license that costs less than a monthly plan.
- No store-specific reports. Pixel apps and plugins show product and order reports inside your store. DataCops does not.
Moving from WeTracked without losing tracking
- Add DataCops next to WeTracked. One script and one DNS record.
- Send each event from one place only. Pick which platforms DataCops sends to and switch those off in WeTracked, so nothing counts twice.
- Compare for two weeks in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads, including what DataCops skipped as bots.
- Connect your CRM if you have sales after a form.
- Cancel WeTracked when the numbers look right.
How to choose a WeTracked alternative
- Check where you sell. Only on a checkout? Any store app works. Also on calls or in a CRM? You need the stages after the form.
- Count your ad platforms. X, Pinterest or Snapchat? Stay with a store app. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn? DataCops covers them.
- Look at your traffic. If bots add to cart and fill forms, you want one switch per platform.
- Price your busiest month. Orders, revenue or sessions: work out what each unit costs you at peak.

Pick DataCops if
- Some of your sales close after a form, on a call or in a CRM.

WeTracked alternatives: FAQ
What is the best WeTracked alternative?
It depends on what you sell. If you run a store and want more ad platforms and a ROAS dashboard, Littledata, TrackBee or Analyzify sit in the same lane. If you also care about bots, consent and sales that close after the form, DataCops sends your events server-side from your own subdomain and adds a bot verdict per visit, a built-in consent manager, a delivery log and CRM stages to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
How much does WeTracked cost?
On wetracked.io/pricing, checked September 2026: Starter $49 a month for 500 orders and 3 stores, Business $149 for 3,000 orders and 5 stores, Scale-up $249 for 7,500 orders and 10 stores, and Enterprise on request. Paying yearly takes 20% off. We found no free plan.
Is WeTracked priced by orders or traffic?
By orders. Your bill grows as your store sells more. DataCops is priced by sessions (visits, like Google Analytics), with a free plan up to 2,000 sessions and Business at $49 a month billed yearly for 50,000 sessions.
Which ad platforms does WeTracked send to?
Its site lists Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Snapchat and Google Ads. DataCops sends to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. If you need X, Pinterest or Snapchat, WeTracked covers more.
Does WeTracked filter bots?
We did not find bot filtering listed on its home or pricing page. DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies. Turn on Real people only for a platform and flagged visits stay out of it. It is off by default.
Does WeTracked include a consent manager?
We did not find one listed on its site. It describes its tracking as cookieless and GDPR compliant. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, and website events wait for consent before they are sent.
Does DataCops work on Shopify?
Yes. DataCops is one script and one DNS record, so it runs on Shopify like any other site, and sends your events server-side from your own subdomain to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Does DataCops work on WooCommerce?
DataCops is one script and one DNS record, so it runs on any site, WooCommerce included. It is not a WordPress plugin. If you want a plugin inside WordPress with store-specific reports, a WooCommerce plugin fits that better.
Can I track leads, not just orders?
With DataCops, yes. Form leads, booked calls, show-ups, won deals and paid invoices come from HighLevel natively, or any CRM by private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n. Cancellations, no-shows and lost deals are never sent.
