The 5 best TrackBee alternatives in 2026

TrackBee sends your Shopify orders to your ads from a server. That is one link in the chain. We compared five TrackBee alternatives on what else your ads need: bots kept out, consent, offline sales and price.

The short answer

TrackBee gets your Shopify orders to your ads. DataCops does that too, and also decides which visits deserve to be sent, checks consent, and tells you why each event went.

  • DataCops: best overall if you want the whole tracking job done. Server-side Shopify orders, a bot verdict on every visit, a consent manager built in, and a delivery log.
  • Elevar: best for large Shopify brands that want GTM-based tracking with an expert team.
  • Littledata: best for fixing GA4 and ad data with no code, paid per order.
  • Analyzify: best for a done-for-you GA4 and GTM setup.
  • Triple Whale: best if you want an analytics dashboard more than a tracking fix.

Most people who search for a TrackBee alternative start with the bill. TrackBee charges by tracked revenue, so a good month costs more. That is a fair reason. But it is not the biggest one.

Every Shopify tracking app promises the same thing: recover the events your pixel misses. None of them ask whether those events should be sent at all. A bot that adds to cart is recovered too.

Is a Shopify tracking app enough?

A Shopify tracking app solves one problem: the browser pixel misses sales. It sends the order from the server instead. That is real, and TrackBee does it well.

But the order is only one link in the chain. Before it, a visit happened, and some visits are bots. Around it, a visitor did or did not give consent. After it, some stores close the real sale on the phone or on credit. And when a number looks wrong, somebody has to find out why.

A tracking app covers the order. DataCops covers the chain:

  • The order, server-side. The DataCops Shopify app sends every paid order from Shopify's own order webhook, Shop Pay and Apple Pay included, counted once.
  • The visit, checked. Every visit gets a bot verdict. Switch on Real people only per platform.
  • The consent, built in. An IAB TCF v2.2 consent manager from your own domain.
  • The sale off the site. Phone and credit sales by webhook, matched to the ad click by click ID or hashed email and phone.
  • The reason, written down. A row per platform for every event: sent, held, skipped or failed.

Here is the honest part. On the order itself, a good Shopify tracking app and DataCops do the same work. Both send the paid order from a server, so ad blockers and Safari do not hide it. If that is all you need, TrackBee is a fine choice, and it reaches more ad platforms than we do.

The gap shows up the day something looks wrong. Meta reports a jump in add to carts, but sales stay flat. Was it bots? Was consent missing? Did the event fail? A tracking app that only sends may not have the answer. DataCops keeps the answer next to every event. See Shopify CAPI for how the store side works.

Recovering more events is only good if they are real. Otherwise you are recovering bots.

What's your actual goal?

Nobody wants a tracking app for its own sake. You want five things:

  1. Capture every sale, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
  2. Send them to your ad platforms, so Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn learn who buys.
  3. Keep bots out, so the platforms do not learn from fake shoppers.
  4. Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.
  5. Know why a number moved, without opening a support ticket.

TrackBee does the first two. DataCops does all five. Here is the same goal, done both ways.

The traditional way, with TrackBee

  1. Install the TrackBee app on your store.
  2. Connect your ad accounts.
  3. Add a consent banner from Shopify or another vendor.
  4. Hope bot traffic is small, since every event is sent.
  5. Handle deletion requests yourself.
  6. Send phone and credit sales by hand, if at all.
  7. Watch the bill grow as revenue grows.

With DataCops

  1. Install the DataCops Shopify app.
  2. Connect Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn with one click each.
  3. Switch on the consent manager.
  4. Switch on Real people only.
  5. Point your CRM at a webhook for off-site sales.

Then run your store. Deduplication and the delivery log are handled for you. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are too; Google Ads deletions are still a manual step.

TrackBee recovers the order. DataCops makes sure the order is real, allowed and explained.

The real cost of a €79 tool

TrackBee starts at 79 euros a month. That is the number on the invoice, and it rises with your revenue. The real cost is in the questions nobody asks before they buy. Answer them with your own numbers.

Fill in your own numbers. Only you know what an hour and a lead are worth to your business.

The last question matters most. When your ads learn from bot carts and bot checkouts, they go and find more of them. Cost per sale climbs, and nothing in the dashboard tells you why.

Tracking that sends bots costs more than its invoice. The rest shows up in your ad spend.

Why people leave TrackBee

TrackBee does its core job well. People leave for reasons around it.

  • The bill grows with revenue. Past the included amount you pay per extra 1,000 euros tracked, 6 euros on Start.
  • Store limits. 2 stores on Start, 4 on Pro, 6 on Scale, 49 euros a month for each extra.
  • Shopify only. A landing page, a lead site or a second brand on another platform needs another tool.
  • No bot filter listed. Every recovered event goes to the ads, real or not.
  • No consent manager listed. You bring your own banner.
  • No reason per event. We found no per-row log that says why an event was sent or skipped.

The real difference: what goes to your ads

Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.

Orders sent from the server, both ways

This part is a draw. TrackBee pulls conversions from Shopify's servers. The DataCops Shopify app listens to Shopify's paid order webhook, so express checkouts are included, and its Web Pixel reports cart and checkout steps. Both carry an order ID, so the order is counted once.

Every visit gets a verdict

We found no bot filter on TrackBee's home or pricing page. Its pitch is recovering more events, and that includes the ones bots trigger.

DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies (see click fraud protection). Turn on Real people only for Meta and flagged visits never reach Meta. It is off by default, so you choose where it applies. When it is on, about 99% of bots are kept out.

Consent is built in

We found no consent manager of TrackBee's own. You use Shopify's banner or buy one. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, served from your own domain, and website events wait for consent before they are sent.

You can see why each event was sent

DataCops writes every conversion as a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it. When Meta shows fewer sales than Shopify, you open the row instead of guessing. We found no such log on TrackBee's site.

Not only Shopify

TrackBee is built for Shopify. DataCops installs on any site with one script and one DNS record, and on Shopify through its app. A brand with a store, a lead page and a booking site runs all three from one login.

Privacy and data deletion are built in

Visitors can ask for their data to be deleted through a form on your privacy page: they confirm by email, their session data is anonymised, and a status page shows what was done. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are acted on automatically. Click IDs, sessions and the click log are deleted after 90 days. Google Ads deletions are still a manual step. We found none of this on TrackBee's home or pricing page.

Sales that close off the site

Many stores sell some orders on the phone, by invoice or on credit. The checkout was started online. The money came later, somewhere a Shopify app does not look.

Health and wellness stores

Meta limits what health and wellness stores can send. Product names and page links can get your events restricted. We found nothing about this on TrackBee's home or pricing page.

DataCops has a health mode. It sends only an approved list of fields, cuts page links down to your domain, and uses neutral event names like L_1. Your ads still learn from the sale, without product names or full page links.

1. DataCops: best TrackBee alternative overall

Shopify app or any site · Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn · free up to 2,000 sessions, Business $49 a month billed yearly ($59 monthly), agency plans from $199

DataCops is the tracking solution for ad-funded businesses: it keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale that happens after the form to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.

On the basics, DataCops does what TrackBee does: paid orders go to your ads from Shopify's server, express checkouts included, counted once. The difference is everything around the order. Every visit gets a bot verdict. Consent is checked by a built-in manager. Sales that close on the phone come in by webhook. And every event has a row that says what happened and why.

Why people switch to it

  • Real people only keeps bots out of each platform
  • Consent manager included
  • Works on Shopify and every other site
  • Priced by visits, not by revenue

Worth knowing

  • Four ad platforms, no Pinterest, Snap or Microsoft Ads
  • No GA4 feed
  • Less Shopify-specific reporting

Best for: anyone who wants the whole tracking job done, not one link of it.

2. Elevar: best for large brands on GTM

Shopify · GTM-based server-side tracking · priced by orders

Elevar is the established name for big Shopify stores. It builds on Google Tag Manager, so it reaches almost any destination, and it has an expert team behind it. It prices by monthly orders. Check the current plans on its own site; we could not confirm them there.

The catch is GTM. You get power and you get a container, with the upkeep that comes with it.

Why people switch to it

  • Many destinations
  • Expert support

Worth knowing

  • GTM knowledge helps
  • Bills climb with order volume

Best for: large brands with a GTM person.

3. Littledata: best for GA4 fixed with no code

Shopify · Flex from $0.35 an order, Scale $159 a month for 1,500 orders, Plus $792 for 10,000

Littledata fixes GA4 and ad platform data for Shopify with no code. Flex has no minimum, so small stores pay only for orders. It has a 30-day trial, 20% off yearly, and bills through Shopify. Read our Littledata alternatives guide for more.

Why people switch to it

  • Strong GA4 data
  • Pay per order, no minimum

Worth knowing

  • Per-order pricing adds up as you grow
  • No bot switch listed

Best for: stores where GA4 accuracy is the main worry.

4. Analyzify: best for a done-for-you setup

Shopify · Standard from $109 a month, Plus from $206 a month

Analyzify sets up GA4, GTM and server-side tracking for you. Setup is free on yearly plans and $295 on monthly, and the price is locked for two years. There is no free trial. See our Analyzify alternatives guide.

Why people switch to it

  • Someone else builds it
  • Price locked for 2 years

Worth knowing

  • No free trial
  • Still a GTM setup underneath

Best for: stores that want experts to build a GA4 and GTM setup for them.

5. Triple Whale: best for analytics dashboards

Shopify-first analytics · priced by store revenue

Triple Whale is an analytics platform first: attribution, profit and dashboards for Shopify brands, with its own pixel. Its pricing page did not load for us, so check the current plans on its site. Read our Triple Whale alternatives guide.

Why people switch to it

  • Rich reporting
  • Built for Shopify brands

Worth knowing

  • A dashboard, not a bot filter or consent manager
  • Bill grows with revenue

Best for: stores that want reports more than a tracking fix.

What you give up with DataCops

Fair question, so here is the straight answer.

  • Fewer destinations. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. No Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads or GA4 feed.
  • Less Klaviyo depth. DataCops sends browse, cart and checkout events. TrackBee goes further and guarantees flow revenue.
  • Less Klaviyo reach. Orders to Klaviyo keep coming from Shopify's own Klaviyo app, not from DataCops.
  • Less Shopify reporting. No Hydrogen, subscription or custom checkout claims, no cross-device matching claim, and no AI questions about your ad data. TrackBee is built only for Shopify, and it shows.
  • Refunds are not sent back. A refunded order is not reversed on Meta or TikTok.

If none of those matter to you, you lose nothing you use.

Stay with TrackBee if

  • You spend real money on Pinterest, Snapchat or Microsoft Ads.
  • Klaviyo is a big part of your revenue.
  • You only run Shopify, and bots are not a problem you see.

Pick DataCops if

  • You run Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn and want only real shoppers sent.
  • You want consent and deletion handled in the same tool.
  • You sell off the site too, or run sites that are not Shopify.

How to choose a TrackBee alternative

  1. Count your ad platforms. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn? DataCops covers them. More? Look at TrackBee or Elevar.
  2. Look at your traffic. If bots add to cart, you want a switch that keeps them out, not an app that recovers them.
  3. Check where sales close. Phone or credit sales need a webhook back to the ads.
  4. Price your good month. Revenue-based and order-based bills grow when you sell more. Session-based bills grow with visits, not with order value.

Also compare Littledata, Analyzify, Aimerce, WeltPixel and Elevar alternatives.

Moving from TrackBee without losing tracking

  1. Install the DataCops Shopify app. Leave TrackBee running for now.
  2. Connect the same ad accounts, but send each purchase from one tool only, so nothing counts twice.
  3. Compare for two weeks in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads, and check what DataCops skipped as bots.
  4. Switch off TrackBee when the numbers look right, and cancel at the end of the cycle.

TrackBee alternatives: FAQ

What is the best TrackBee alternative?

If you want another Shopify tracking app with more reporting, Elevar, Littledata or Analyzify. If you want the store events sent server-side plus bots kept out, consent built in and a reason for every send, DataCops does all of that from one Shopify app, and it also works on sites that are not Shopify.

How much does TrackBee cost?

On trackbee.ai/pricing, checked September 2026, in euros a month: Start 79 for 25,000 of tracked revenue, Pro 199 for 100,000, Scale 449 for 500,000, and a custom Advanced plan above 2 million. Past the included revenue you pay per extra 1,000 euros: 6 on Start, 1 on Pro, 0.75 on Scale.

Does TrackBee have a free trial?

Yes. A 30-day trial with no card, and the clock starts when you connect your first ad account. DataCops has a free plan instead, up to 2,000 sessions a month with no time limit.

Does TrackBee filter bots?

We found no bot filter on its home or pricing page. DataCops puts a verdict on every visit (bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs, proxies), and with Real people only switched on for a platform, flagged visits never reach it. The switch is off by default.

Does TrackBee include a consent banner?

We found no consent manager of its own on its site, so you use Shopify's banner or another vendor. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, and website events wait for consent.

Which ad platforms does DataCops send Shopify orders to?

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. TrackBee lists more: Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Whop Ads, plus GA4. If you spend on those, that matters.

Will my Shopify purchases be counted twice?

Not with DataCops. The Web Pixel and the order webhook carry the same order ID, and each platform gets that order once.

Does DataCops work with Klaviyo?

Yes, if you connect it. DataCops sends Viewed Product, Added to Cart and Started Checkout to Klaviyo from its server, so flows fire for returning shoppers. Orders keep coming from Shopify's own Klaviyo app. TrackBee goes further here and backs it with a revenue guarantee.

Can DataCops track sales that close on the phone?

Yes. Any CRM can post the paid sale to a private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n, and DataCops matches it to the ad click by email or phone. HighLevel is connected natively.

Is DataCops cheaper than TrackBee?

Usually, and the units differ. TrackBee charges by tracked revenue, so the bill grows as you sell more. DataCops charges by sessions: free up to 2,000, Business $49 a month billed yearly ($59 monthly) for 50,000. A session is one visit, like in Google Analytics.
