The 5 best Tracify alternatives in 2026

Tracify tells you which ads worked. The question is whether your ads ever find out. We compared five Tracify alternatives on what reaches the ad platforms, bots, consent, CRM sales and price.

The short answer

Tracify reports what worked, to you. DataCops sends what worked to the ads, so they find more of it.

  • DataCops: best for anyone who wants the ad platforms to learn. Server-side conversions to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, bots kept out, consent built in, CRM stages included.
  • Triple Whale: best for Shopify brands that want attribution and a profit dashboard.
  • Northbeam: best for big DTC brands running multi-touch attribution.
  • Wicked Reports: best for subscription brands watching lifetime value.
  • Hyros: best for info products, coaching and call funnels.

Most people who search for a Tracify alternative start with the price. 500 euros a month, before you have tracked a single sale, is a lot for a growing shop. But price is not the real question.

The real question is who learns from your data. Every attribution tool list compares dashboards and models. None of them ask whether Meta, Google or TikTok ever get smarter. That is what this guide is about.

Who learns from your data?

Attribution tools are built for you. They collect the journey, stitch it across devices, and show you a better number than the ad manager does. That is useful. You make better budget calls.

But look at who is left out. Your ad platform. Meta's algorithm decides who sees your next ad, and it learns only from the conversions it receives. A dashboard that shows you the truth does not send that truth to Meta.

  • You learn, the ads do not. Tracify's Chrome extension shows its numbers inside the ad manager. That helps you read the numbers. We found no feed that sends those conversions back to the platforms.
  • Bots are still counted. If a bot fills your form or a fake checkout lands, the pixel still reports it. We found no bot filtering on Tracify's site.
  • The sale after the form is missing. Tracify is built on shop orders. A booked call or a won deal in your CRM never enters it.

Picture one lead. The pixel sees a form fill and tells Meta "lead". Two days later the lead books a call. A week later they show up, sign, and pay. An attribution tool can show you that journey on a chart. Meta still only knows about the form.

DataCops sends each step to the ads: booked, showed, won with its value, paid. Each one is matched to the original click. Now Meta can tell a lead who pays from a lead who ghosts, and it goes looking for more of the first kind. That is the whole difference in one sentence: the algorithm learns from buyers, not from forms.

For a pure Shopify store this edge is softer. Purchases already reach the ads through the platform's own pixel and apps. There the case for DataCops is bots kept out, consent handled, first-party capture on your own domain, and no dashboard to babysit.

And where Tracify is better, we say so. Its dashboards are richer. It runs multi-touch and incrementality models, and creative and influencer reports. DataCops has none of that. If you want a marketing mix model or a creative scorecard, keep an attribution tool.

A better report makes you smarter. A better signal makes your ads smarter. Only one of them spends your budget.

What's your actual goal?

Nobody wants a dashboard for its own sake. You want five things:

  1. Capture every order and lead, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
  2. Send them to your ad platforms, so Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn learn who buys.
  3. Include the sales that happen offline, on a call, in a store, in your CRM.
  4. Keep bots out, so the platforms do not learn from fake buyers.
  5. Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.

Tracify does the first one well and then reports on it. DataCops does all five. Here is the same goal, done both ways.

The traditional way, with Tracify

  1. Book a demo and agree the plan.
  2. Add the Tracify script and connect Shopify.
  3. Connect your ad accounts so spend flows in.
  4. Pick an attribution model and learn the dashboards.
  5. Install the Chrome extension to read numbers in each ad manager.
  6. Keep a separate setup to send conversions back to each ad platform.
  7. Handle bots, consent and CRM sales somewhere else.
  8. Check the dashboards every week and move budget by hand.

With DataCops

  1. Add one script and one DNS record.
  2. Connect each ad platform with one click.
  3. Switch on the consent manager.
  4. Switch on Real people only.
  5. Connect HighLevel or your CRM webhook.

Then let the ads do the work. They receive every real conversion and find more people like your buyers.

Tracify helps you decide where the money goes. DataCops helps the money find buyers once it is there.

The real cost of a 500 euro tool

Tracify starts at 500 euros a month. That is the number on the invoice. The rest shows up in the questions below. Answer them with your own numbers.

What is one hour of your team's time worth? $ / hour

3

Fill in your own numbers. Only you know what an hour and a lead are worth to your business.

The last question matters most. When the ads only see what the pixel sees, they learn from that. A report can show you the real buyers. It cannot make Meta go find more of them.

You can read the right number every morning and still watch the algorithm chase the wrong people.

Why people leave Tracify

Tracify is a serious product with a real team behind it. People leave for reasons that sit next to the dashboard, not in it.

  • The price is high to start. One plan from 500 euros a month, and no free plan to try it on a small shop.
  • The ads do not get smarter. The numbers live in Tracify and its extension. The platforms keep learning from their own pixel.
  • Bots are not mentioned. We found no bot filtering on its site, so fake orders and junk leads can still reach the ads through the pixel.
  • It is shop-first. Lead-gen businesses with calls, bookings and a CRM find little for the sale after the form.
  • A dashboard needs a reader. Someone has to look every week and act on it. If nobody does, you paid for charts.

The real difference: who gets the signal

Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.

Conversions go to the ads, not only to a report

Tracify reads your ad data in and shows its own view of it, including inside the ad managers through its extension. That is a reading tool.

DataCops is a sending tool. Conversions go server-side from your own subdomain to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, matched to the click, with the fields each platform wants. Google Ads actions are created as secondary, so nothing changes your bidding until you choose.

DataCops: sent to Meta server-sideMeta learns
DataCops: row in the delivery logSent

Every visit gets a verdict

We found no bot filtering on Tracify's site. Its attribution may give a bot's visit no credit, but the pixel on your site still tells Meta about the fake lead or order.

DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies (see click fraud protection). Turn on Real people only for Meta and flagged visits never reach Meta. It is off by default, so you choose where it applies. With it on, about 99% of bots are kept out.

The sale happens after the form

Tracify takes orders from Shopify by webhook and from custom shop systems. For a store, that is the sale. For a clinic, an agency or a B2B team, the money comes later, in a CRM, and we found no way to bring those stages in.

DataCops is built around that moment. Install it once on your HighLevel agency and pick the clients. Form leads, booked calls, show-ups, won deals with their value and paid invoices go to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, matched to the ad click. Any other CRM posts to a private webhook. Cancellations, no-shows and lost deals are never sent. Read more on offline conversions.

Consent: two different answers

Tracify says it can track consent-free and cookieless, using pseudonymised data, and it cites a consent-free certification. That is its stance, and it is a clear one.

DataCops takes the other road. It includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, and website events wait for consent before they reach an ad platform. If you send data to Meta or Google, you still need consent for that, whatever your attribution tool does.

You can see why each event was sent

Tracify shows you credit per channel and per creative. DataCops shows you the delivery: every conversion is a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it. When a client asks why Meta saw fewer leads last week, the answer is in the row.

Privacy and data deletion are built in

Tracify hosts on servers in Germany, which EU brands like. DataCops handles the requests side in one place. Visitors can ask for deletion through a form on your privacy page: they confirm by email, their session data is anonymised, and a status page shows what was done. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are acted on automatically. Click IDs, sessions and the click log are deleted after 90 days, and the identity store holds hashed emails and phones only. Google Ads deletions are still a manual step.

Tracify tells you which ad deserves the credit. DataCops makes sure the ad gets the lesson.

Offline conversions: the sale a shop tool never sees

Many businesses do not sell on the website. The website collects the lead. The money comes later, and that later moment is what your ads need to learn from. Here is what DataCops sends, by industry.

  3. DataCops finds the original click for that lead.
  4. The stage goes to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, counted once, with a row in the delivery log.

Meta health and wellness restrictions

If you advertise a clinic, a treatment, a supplement or anything health related, Meta may restrict the events it accepts from you. What usually gets an account restricted is the data itself: the page link names the treatment, the event is called Book_Implant_Consult, the form sends symptoms.

With Tracify, this is not its job. Tracify reports on your own dashboards, and we found no conversion feed to Meta on its site, so whatever pixel or CAPI setup you run next to it still carries the risk.

With DataCops, you switch on health mode. It sends only an approved list of fields and leaves the rest out. Page links are cut to the domain and event names go neutral, like L_1.

1. DataCops: best Tracify alternative overall

Tracking, not attribution · Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn · free up to 2,000 sessions, Business $49 a month billed yearly ($59 monthly), Organization $299, agency plans from $199

DataCops is the tracking solution for ad-funded businesses: it keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale that happens after the form to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. It is the tracking layer an attribution tool sits on top of. It captures the click on your own domain, puts a bot verdict on the visit, checks consent, and sends the conversion to the ads. For lead-gen it adds the stages after the form. The ads then learn from real buyers, not from pixel guesses.

Why people switch to it

  • The ad platforms get the signal, not just you
  • Real people only keeps bots out of each platform
  • Booked, showed, won and paid from HighLevel or any CRM
  • Free to start, no demo call

Worth knowing

  • No multi-touch attribution dashboards
  • Four ad platforms, no Pinterest
  • Real people only is off until you switch it on

Best for: businesses that want the algorithm to find more buyers, not a nicer chart of the ones they already have.

2. Triple Whale: best for Shopify profit dashboards

Attribution and analytics for Shopify brands · price not verified, check their site

Triple Whale is the closest swap if you like what Tracify does and want it with a profit view on top. It is built for Shopify brands that want attribution and store numbers in one place.

The catch is the same as Tracify's. It is a reporting tool. It helps you read your ads, so check what it sends back to the platforms before you assume the algorithm gets smarter.

Why people switch to it

  • Shopify first
  • Attribution plus a profit dashboard

Worth knowing

  • Still a dashboard someone has to read
  • Lead-gen and CRM stages are not its focus

Best for: Shopify brands that want a richer dashboard than Tracify.

3. Northbeam: best for big DTC brands

Multi-touch attribution · Starter $1,500 a month under $1.5M yearly ad spend, Professional $3,500, Growth and Enterprise by quote

Northbeam is the heavy option. It suits large DTC brands with a data team and real budgets across many channels. Its Starter plan is $1,500 a month for brands under $1.5 million in yearly ad spend, and Professional is $3,500.

That price is three times Tracify's entry. You get deeper modelling. You do not get CRM stages or bot filtering on its pricing page.

Why people switch to it

  • Deep multi-touch attribution
  • Built for large ad budgets

Worth knowing

  • From $1,500 a month
  • A tool for analysts, not a set-and-forget feed

Best for: brands that spend millions a year and have people to read the models.

4. Wicked Reports: best for subscription LTV

LTV and cohort attribution · Measure $499 a month, Scale $699, Maximize $999, Enterprise from $4,999

Wicked Reports is priced close to Tracify, with Measure at $499 a month. Its angle is lifetime value and cohorts, which suits subscription brands where the first order is not the whole story.

It is still attribution. It tells you which ads bring buyers who stay. It does not replace the tracking that feeds the ads.

Why people switch to it

  • Lifetime value and cohorts
  • Price close to Tracify

Worth knowing

  • Tiers go up with your revenue
  • Reporting, not a feed to the ads

Best for: brands where repeat purchases decide profit.

5. Hyros: best for info products and call funnels

Attribution for info products, coaching and call funnels · price not verified, check their site

Hyros is popular with info-product sellers, coaches and anyone who sells on a call. That audience is closer to lead-gen than Tracify's shop-first focus.

If your sales close on a call and you run HighLevel, compare it with DataCops head to head. See our Hyros alternatives guide.

Why people switch to it

  • Built for call funnels and info products
  • Aimed beyond the shop order

Worth knowing

  • Price not public on a page we could open
  • Another dashboard to learn

Best for: course and coaching sellers who want attribution built for that.

What you give up with DataCops

Fair question, so here is the straight answer.

  • Attribution dashboards. No multi-touch models, no incrementality, no MMM, no creative or influencer reports. If you move budget from charts every week, Tracify does that better.
  • Fewer platforms. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. No Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, Snap or Reddit.
  • Coaching. Tracify offers personal onboarding and strategy check-ins in German. DataCops setup is one script and one DNS record, but it is not the same service.
  • A consent-free stance. DataCops asks for consent. If you want to avoid a banner, Tracify's approach is different.

Many teams run both: an attribution tool to decide, and DataCops to make sure the ads learn. If you pay for both, the DataCops part starts free.

Moving from Tracify without losing tracking

  1. Add DataCops next to Tracify. One script and one DNS record. Leave Tracify running.
  2. Connect your ad accounts, and send each conversion from one place only, so nothing counts twice.
  3. Switch on Real people only for the platforms where bots hurt you most.
  4. Compare for two weeks in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads: match quality, conversions, and what DataCops skipped as bots.
  5. Decide on Tracify. Keep it if you use the dashboards every week. Cancel at the end of the month if you do not.

How to choose a Tracify alternative

  1. Ask who needs to learn. If it is you, pick an attribution tool. If it is the ads, pick a tracking tool that sends conversions.
  2. Check where your sales close. In a shop, attribution tools read them fine. In a CRM or on a call, you need the stages after the form.
  3. Look at your traffic. If bots fill your forms or fake your orders, you want them kept out of the ads, not only out of the report.
  4. Count your platforms. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn? DataCops covers them. Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, Snap or Reddit? DataCops does not send there.
  5. Price by the result. 500 euros a month for a report, or a feed that teaches the ads who buys.

Also comparing lead and attribution tools? See CustomerLabs, Ruler Analytics, Wicked Reports, SegmentStream, Polar Analytics and Madgicx alternatives.

Stay with Tracify if

  • You run a Shopify brand and move budget from attribution reports every week.
  • You want creative, influencer and cross-device journey reports.
  • You value German hosting, German support and hands-on coaching.

Pick DataCops if

  • You want Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn to learn who actually buys.
  • Your sales close after the form: a booking, a call, a signed deal.
  • Bots hit your forms or checkout, or you want to start free without a demo call.

Tracify alternatives: FAQ

What is the best Tracify alternative?

It depends on the job. If you want richer attribution dashboards for a Shopify brand, look at Triple Whale or Northbeam. If you want the ad platforms themselves to learn who buys, DataCops sends your conversions server-side to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, keeps bots out per platform, and adds CRM stages like booked, showed, won and paid.

How much does Tracify cost?

On tracify.ai/pricing, checked September 2026: one plan starting at 500 euros a month, billed monthly, set up through a demo call. There is a 30-day risk-free trial and no free plan.

Does Tracify send conversions back to Meta and Google Ads?

Tracify pulls ad data in and shows its own numbers inside the ad managers through a Chrome extension. We did not find a server-side conversion feed back to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn on its site. Ask them on the demo call if that matters to you. DataCops sends every conversion to those four platforms and logs each one.

Is Tracify an attribution tool or a tracking tool?

Mainly attribution. It stitches each journey across channels and devices and gives credit with models like first click, last click, linear, U-shape and its AI model. DataCops is a tracking tool: it captures the click and the sale and sends them to the ads, so the algorithm itself gets better.

Does Tracify filter bots?

We found no bot filtering on its site. DataCops puts a verdict on every visit (bots, datacenter, VPN, proxy) and, with Real people only switched on for a platform, keeps those visits out of it. The switch is off by default.

Does Tracify need cookie consent?

Tracify says it can track consent-free and cookieless with pseudonymised data, and cites a consent-free certification. DataCops takes the other road: it includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, and website events wait for consent before they are sent.

Can I track booked calls and won deals with Tracify?

Tracify is built around shop orders, mainly from Shopify. We found no CRM stages like booked, showed or won. DataCops is native on HighLevel and takes any other CRM by private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n.

Is DataCops cheaper than Tracify?

Yes on the invoice. DataCops has a free plan up to 2,000 sessions and Business at $49 a month billed yearly ($59 monthly) for 50,000 sessions. Tracify starts at 500 euros a month. But they do different jobs, so compare what each one does for you, not only the price.

Which ad platforms does DataCops send to?

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, Snap and Reddit are not supported. Tracify covers Pinterest in its extension, so Pinterest-heavy brands should keep that in mind.
