The short answer
PixelYourSite fires your pixels from WordPress. DataCops decides which events deserve to go, and adds the sales that happen after the click.
- DataCops: best overall if you want the tracking solution, not one slice of it. One script on any site, a bot verdict on every visit, a consent manager built in, and CRM stages sent to your ads.
- Pixel Manager for WooCommerce: best for a store that wants a lighter plugin.
- Conversios: best for stores that want setup done for them.
- PixelFlow: best for Meta-first advertisers who want hosted server-side events.
- Stape: best if you want to build server-side GTM yourself.
Most people who search for a PixelYourSite alternative start with the plugin. A setting that will not save, a purchase counted twice, a site that got slower. That is rarely the real problem. The real problem is what the plugin was never built to do.
Every PixelYourSite alternatives list compares plugins with plugins. None of them ask what a pixel plugin cannot see: the bots filling your forms, the consent it hands to another plugin, and the sales that close in your CRM. That is what this guide is about.
Is a pixel plugin enough?
Pixel apps and plugins do one job well. They install your store pixels and send events server-side, so fewer purchases go missing. DataCops does that too, from your own subdomain instead of your WordPress server. Then it does the four jobs a plugin leaves to you.
- It judges every visit. Bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies get a verdict. Real people only keeps them out, platform by platform.
- It checks consent itself. A built-in consent manager, not a second plugin to wire in.
- It shows its work. Every event gets a row: sent, held, skipped or failed, with the reason.
- It sends the sale after the form. Booked, showed, won and paid, from HighLevel or any CRM by webhook.
Think of tracking as a chain. A lead or sale has to be caught, checked, allowed, sent, explained, and then followed to the money. A pixel plugin owns one or two links. Here is the whole chain.
| Link in the chain | PixelYourSite | DataCops |
|---|---|---|
| Catch the event | Pixels in WordPress | One script on any site |
| Send it server-side | From your WordPress server | From your own subdomain |
| Is it a real person? | Not listed on its pages | Bot verdict, Real people only per platform |
| Is it allowed? | A separate consent plugin | Built-in consent manager |
| What happened to it? | Not listed on its pages | Delivery log row with the reason |
| Did it turn into money? | Not listed on its pages | Booked, showed, won, paid by HighLevel or webhook |
To be fair, PixelYourSite reaches more destinations, costs less with a flat yearly licence, and has store reports DataCops does not. If the first two links are your whole job, it is a good plugin.
One more difference. PixelYourSite is a WordPress plugin. DataCops is not a plugin at all. It is one script and one DNS record, so it works the same on WordPress, a landing page builder or a custom site.
A pixel plugin moves the event. A tracking solution decides whether it should move, and finds the ones that never happened on the website.
What's your actual goal?
Nobody wants a pixel plugin for its own sake. You want five things:
- Capture every lead and sale, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
- Send them to your ad platforms, so Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn learn who buys.
- Include the sales that happen offline, on a call, in a clinic, in your CRM.
- Keep bots out, so the platforms do not learn from fake leads.
- Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.
PixelYourSite covers the first two, inside WordPress. Here is the same goal, done both ways.
The traditional way, with PixelYourSite
- Install the plugin and buy the Pro licence.
- Paste a pixel ID and API token per platform.
- Set up custom events with triggers and conditions.
- Install a consent plugin and connect it.
- Keep the plugin, WordPress and WooCommerce updated.
- Find another tool for bots, CRM sales and deletion requests.
With DataCops
- Add one script and one DNS record.
- Connect Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn with one click each.
- Switch on the consent manager.
- Switch on Real people only.
- Connect HighLevel or your CRM webhook.
Then run your business. Click IDs are kept for 90 days, and every event gets a delivery log row with the reason.
PixelYourSite gets the pixel on the page. DataCops gets the right data to the ads, so you can focus on what makes money.
The real cost of a $199 plugin
PixelYourSite Pro starts at $199 a year. That is the only number on the invoice. The real cost is in the questions nobody asks before they buy. Answer them with your own numbers.
How many hours will it take to build your custom events, consent plugin and bot workarounds before the first sale is tracked?
How many hours a month will someone spend keeping it working when Meta, Google or TikTok change something?
If a tag breaks quietly for a week, how many leads never reach your ads? And what is one lead worth to you?
How many sales a month close in your CRM that your ads never hear about?
The last question matters most. When the ads only see form fills, they learn to find more people who fill in forms, not people who buy. Lead quality drops, cost per sale climbs, and nothing in the plugin tells you why.
Cheap tracking is the most expensive line in your ad budget. It just does not send you the invoice.
Why people leave PixelYourSite
PixelYourSite does its job well. People leave for reasons outside the plugin.
- It only runs on WordPress. A landing page on another builder needs a different tool.
- Bots go through. We found no bot verdict on its pages, so fake leads reach the ads as real ones.
- Consent is another plugin. ConsentMagic or one of four others, wired in and kept in sync.
- The sale never reaches the plugin. Booked calls and won deals happen in a CRM, not in WordPress.
- No LinkedIn. LinkedIn is not in its platform list.
- No record of why. We found no per-event delivery log with a reason.
The real difference: what reaches your ads
Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.
One script, any site
PixelYourSite lives inside WordPress and its API calls go out from your WordPress server. That is fine if WordPress is all you run.
DataCops is the tracking solution for ad-funded businesses: it keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale that happens after the form to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. It is one script and one DNS record. Events go server-side from your own subdomain, so ad blockers and Safari do not strip them, on any site you own. It sends to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Every visit gets a verdict
A pixel plugin fires for whoever loads the page. We found no bot or VPN check on PixelYourSite's pages.
DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies, and turns it into one switch per ad platform (see click fraud protection). Turn on Real people only for Meta and flagged visits never reach Meta. It is off by default, and with it on about 99% of bots are kept out. Every bot lead Meta receives is a lead it goes looking for more of.
The sale happens after the form
For a clinic, an agency or a B2B team, the money comes later: the booked call, the patient who showed up, the deal marked won. A WordPress plugin never sees it.
DataCops is built around that moment. Install it once on your HighLevel agency and pick the clients. Leads, booked calls, show-ups, won deals with their value and paid invoices go to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, matched to the ad click by click ID or hashed email and phone, counted once. Any other CRM posts the sale to a private webhook. Cancellations, no-shows and lost deals are never sent. Read more on offline conversions.
Consent is built in
PixelYourSite works with consent plugins, its own ConsentMagic and four others, and supports Google Consent Mode v2. That is a second plugin to install and keep in sync. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, and events wait for consent before they are sent.
You can see why each event was sent
DataCops writes every conversion as a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it, and keeps a click log in first-party analytics. We found nothing like it on PixelYourSite's pages. Its strength is different: reports on lifetime value and profit per ad inside WooCommerce.
Privacy and data deletion are built in
Visitors can ask for deletion through a form on your privacy page: they confirm by email, their session is anonymised, and a status page shows what was done. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are handled automatically. Google Ads deletions are still manual. Click IDs, sessions and the click log are deleted after 90 days, and the identity store holds hashed email and phone only. We found no deletion form or callbacks on PixelYourSite's pages.
PixelYourSite tells the ads a page was loaded. DataCops tells them whether a real person bought.
Offline conversions: the job a plugin cannot do
Many businesses do not sell on the website. The website collects the lead. The money comes later, and that later moment is what your ads need to learn from. Here is what DataCops sends, by industry.
| Business | What the pixel sees | What DataCops adds |
|---|---|---|
| Clinics, dental, med spa | Booking form | Booked, showed, treatment paid |
| Home services, roofing, solar | Quote request | Estimate booked, job won with its value |
| Agencies running client ads | Form fills per client | Every client's booked, showed, won and paid |
| B2B and SaaS | Demo request, signup | Qualified lead, trial, paid, by webhook |
| Stores that sell on the phone | Checkout started | The order that was actually paid |
From HighLevel natively, or any CRM by webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n. Each sale is matched to the ad click by click ID or hashed email and phone.
- A visitor clicks your ad. DataCops keeps the click ID on your own domain for 90 days.
- The lead books, shows up or buys in your CRM, days or weeks later.
- DataCops finds the original click by the lead's email or phone.
- The stage goes to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. Google Ads actions are created as secondary.
Meta health and wellness restrictions
If you advertise a clinic, a treatment, a supplement or anything health related, Meta may restrict the events it accepts from you. What usually gets an account restricted is the data itself: the page link names the treatment, the event is called Book_Implant_Consult, the form sends symptoms.
With PixelYourSite, we found no health setting on its pages. Keeping that data out means adjusting events, parameters and page links in the plugin yourself, and checking again every time a form changes.
With DataCops, you switch on health mode. It sends only a short approved list and blocks everything else: hashed email and phone, the ad click, value, currency and order ID. Page links are cut to the domain and event names go neutral, so Lead becomes L_1. A field a clinic adds tomorrow is blocked by default.

"15 minutes to get server-side tracking live. After 3 days failing with another app and a DIY server-side Google Tag Manager, that alone sold me. Then support jumped on a Google Meet with me on a Sunday afternoon to finish the job."Andrew Forsyth, Chief Executive Officer, Zeald

1. DataCops: best PixelYourSite alternative overall
On the basics, DataCops does what PixelYourSite does: conversions go server-side, so ad blockers and Safari do not strip them. It does it from your own subdomain, on any site. The difference is everything around the pixel. Every visit gets a bot verdict. Consent is checked by a built-in manager. The stages after the form come from your CRM. And every event has a row that says what happened and why.
Why people switch to it
- Works on any site, not only WordPress
- Real people only keeps bots out of each platform
- Booked, showed, won and paid from HighLevel or any CRM
- Consent manager built in, plus LinkedIn
Worth knowing
- Four ad platforms, no Pinterest, Bing, Reddit or GA4 feed
- Priced by sessions, not per site
- Real people only is off until you switch it on
Best for: anyone who wants the tracking solution, not one slice of it.

2. Pixel Manager for WooCommerce: best lighter plugin
Pixel Manager does the same job as PixelYourSite, focused on WooCommerce. Yearly billing is offered and there is a 14-day trial. It is the most direct swap if you want to stay a plugin shop. See our Pixel Manager alternatives.
Why people switch to it
- WooCommerce focus
- 14-day trial
Worth knowing
- Still WordPress only
- Bots, consent and CRM sales still your job
Best for: anyone who wants a plugin, just a different one.

3. Conversios: best for setup done for you
Conversios covers WooCommerce and Shopify, and includes an onboarding expert. WooCommerce prices marked * are after a launch discount, so they may change. On Shopify, GA4 is $99 a year, Pixel and CAPI $199 and Server Side Tracking $699.
Why people switch to it
- An expert helps with setup
- WooCommerce and Shopify
Worth knowing
- Server-side is the top, priciest plan
- Launch prices may change
Best for: stores that want someone else to set up their store tracking.
4. PixelFlow: best for Meta-first advertisers
PixelFlow sends Meta events server-side for WordPress and other sites, and lists auto bot blocking. Plans are sized by sites and destinations: Growth covers 5 sites and 3 destinations, Agency 10 and 5, and each extra costs $10 a month. There is a 7-day trial.
Why people switch to it
- Works beyond WordPress
- Bot blocking listed
Worth knowing
- Destinations are counted and capped per plan
- No CRM stages on its pricing page
Best for: advertisers whose spend is mostly Meta.

5. Stape: best for building server-side GTM
Stape hosts a server GTM container on your own domain. You can reach almost any destination, but you build every tag, trigger and bot rule yourself. It suits a team with GTM skills. See our Stape alternatives.
Why people switch to it
- Any destination with a server tag
- Low entry price
Worth knowing
- A container to build and maintain
- Paused past 110% of the plan
Best for: teams who know GTM and want to own the container.
What you give up with DataCops
Fair question, so here is the straight answer.
- Fewer destinations. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. No GA4 feed, Pinterest, Bing, Reddit or Snap.
- Less store-specific depth. No pixel per product category, no profit-per-ad report, no WPML targeting.
- A cheap flat yearly price. PixelYourSite is $199 a year for a site with no traffic limit. DataCops is priced by sessions.
- A DNS step. One record to add, where a plugin needs none.
If none of those matter to you, you lose nothing you use.
Moving from PixelYourSite without losing tracking
- Add DataCops next to PixelYourSite. One script and one DNS record. Leave the plugin running.
- Connect the same ad accounts, but send each conversion from one place only. Switch those events off in the plugin, so nothing counts twice.
- Compare for two weeks in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads: match quality, conversions, and what DataCops skipped as bots.
- Connect your CRM (HighLevel or your webhook) to add the stages the plugin never saw.
- Deactivate the plugin when the numbers look right, and let the licence lapse.
How to choose a PixelYourSite alternative
- Ask what you are replacing. If it is only the plugin, try Pixel Manager or Conversios. If it is the tracking job, keep reading.
- Check where your sales close. In a CRM or on a call? You need the stages after the form.
- Look at your traffic. If bots fill your forms, you want a switch per platform.
- Count your destinations. Pinterest, Bing or Reddit matter? Stay with a plugin. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn? DataCops covers them.
- Count your sites. Anything outside WordPress rules out a WordPress plugin.

PixelYourSite alternatives: FAQ
What is the best PixelYourSite alternative?
For a WooCommerce store that wants another plugin, Pixel Manager for WooCommerce. For a Meta-first advertiser who wants hosted server-side events, PixelFlow. If you want tracking that decides which events deserve to go, DataCops: one script and one DNS record on any site, a bot verdict on every visit, a consent manager built in, and CRM stages like booked, showed and won sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
How much does PixelYourSite cost?
On pixelyoursite.com/pricing, checked September 2026: a free plugin, then Pro Starter $199 a year for 1 site, Advanced $249 a year for up to 10 sites, Agency $699 a year for up to 100 sites, and All Access bundles from $359 to $999 a year. There is no traffic quota.

Yes. The free plugin includes the Meta Conversions API, and Pro adds the TikTok Events API. The calls go out from your WordPress server. DataCops sends server-side from your own subdomain, on any site.
Does PixelYourSite filter bots?
We found no bot or VPN verdict and no per-platform bot switch on its pages. DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies. With Real people only on for a platform, flagged visits never reach it.
Does PixelYourSite have a consent manager?
It works with consent plugins, including its own ConsentMagic and four others, and supports Google Consent Mode v2. The consent tool is a separate plugin. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, and events wait for consent.

No. DataCops is one script and one DNS record. You paste the script into your site head, on WordPress or any other site. There is no plugin to install or update.
Does PixelYourSite send CRM or offline sales?
We found no CRM stages or offline sales on its pages. It tracks what happens on your WordPress site. DataCops is native on HighLevel (lead, booked, showed, won with its value, paid) and takes any other CRM by private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Does PixelYourSite send to LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is not in its platform list. DataCops sends to LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. PixelYourSite reaches Pinterest, Bing, Reddit and GA4, which DataCops does not.

For one small site, no. PixelYourSite Starter is $199 a year with no traffic limit. DataCops is free up to 2,000 sessions a month, then Business $49 a month billed yearly for 50,000 sessions. A session is one visit, like in Google Analytics. Compare total cost: the plugin plus a consent plugin, bot losses and the sales your ads never see.
