The 5 best Pixel Manager alternatives in 2026

Pixel Manager puts your pixels on a WooCommerce store, and does it well. The question is whether pixels are the whole job. We compared five alternatives on bots, consent, CRM sales, setup and price.

The short answer

Pixel Manager sends your store events to the ad platforms. DataCops decides which events deserve to go, and adds the sales that happen after the click.

  • DataCops: best overall if you want tracking, not a pixel plugin. One script on any site, a bot verdict on every visit, consent built in, and CRM stages sent to your ads.
  • PixelYourSite: best for WordPress sites that want many pixels on a yearly licence.
  • Conversios: best for Woo stores that also want a product feed.
  • Elevar: best for bigger Shopify brands.
  • TrackBee: best for Shopify stores that want server-side priced by revenue.

Most people looking for a Pixel Manager alternative are not unhappy with the plugin. They have outgrown the idea behind it. A plugin puts pixels on a store. Your ads need more than that: clean events, checked consent, and the sales that close somewhere else.

Every list of pixel plugins compares how many platforms each one supports. None of them ask what goes into those platforms. That is what this guide is about.

A plugin is not a tracking setup

Here is the honest version of the category. Pixel apps and plugins, Pixel Manager included, install your store pixels and send events server-side. DataCops does that too, from your own subdomain. Then it does four things a pixel plugin does not do:

  1. A bot verdict on every visit, with a Real people only switch per ad platform.
  2. A built-in consent manager, IAB TCF v2.2, so events wait for consent.
  3. A delivery log, one row per event per platform with the reason: sent, held, skipped or failed.
  4. Offline stages by webhook, so the booked call and the won deal reach your ads too.

A plugin also lives inside one platform. Pixel Manager lives inside WooCommerce. The moment you run a landing page on another tool, a lead form, or a second site that is not WordPress, you need a second tracking setup. DataCops is one script. It is not a WordPress plugin; you paste it into the site head, and the same script works everywhere.

A pixel plugin decides where your events go. It never asks whether they should.

What's your actual goal?

Nobody wants a pixel plugin for its own sake. You want five things:

  1. Capture every lead and sale, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
  2. Send them to your ad platforms, so Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn learn who buys.
  3. Include the sales that happen offline, on a call, in a showroom, in your CRM.
  4. Keep bots out, so the platforms do not learn from fake shoppers.
  5. Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.

Pixel Manager covers the first two, on a WooCommerce store. Here is the same goal, done both ways.

The traditional way, with a pixel plugin

  1. Install the plugin on each WooCommerce store.
  2. Paste pixel IDs and API tokens per platform.
  3. Buy a consent banner and connect it to the plugin.
  4. Accept whatever bot traffic comes through.
  5. Set up separate tracking for any site that is not Woo.
  6. Find another tool for CRM and phone sales.
  7. Handle deletion requests by hand.

With DataCops

  1. Add one script and one DNS record, on any site.
  2. Connect each ad platform with one click.
  3. Switch on the consent manager.
  4. Switch on Real people only.
  5. Connect HighLevel or your CRM webhook.

Then run your business. Click IDs and fields are handled for you, and the delivery log shows what happened to each event.

Pixel Manager gets the pixels onto the store. DataCops gets the right data into your ads.

The real cost of a $19 plugin

Pixel Manager starts at $19 a month. That is the only number on the invoice. The real cost is in the questions nobody asks before they buy. Answer them with your own numbers.

Fill in your own numbers. Only you know what an hour and a lead are worth to your business.

The last question matters most. When the ads only see checkouts and form fills, bots included, they learn to find more of the same. Cost per sale climbs, and nothing in the dashboard tells you why.

A cheap plugin is fine. Cheap data is the expensive part.

Why people leave Pixel Manager

Pixel Manager is a solid plugin. People leave for reasons outside the store.

  • It only covers WooCommerce. Landing pages, lead forms and other sites need their own setup.
  • Bots can go straight through. We found no bot, VPN or proxy check on its site, so fake add to carts can reach your ads.
  • Consent is another vendor. It connects to consent tools; it does not include one.
  • The sale that closes later never arrives. Phone orders, quotes and CRM deals are outside a store plugin.
  • Debugging is a log file. Verbose logging helps a developer. It does not tell a client why a conversion was skipped.

The real difference: what goes into your ads

Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.

One script, any site

Pixel Manager runs inside WordPress, on WooCommerce. DataCops runs from your own subdomain. You add one script and one DNS record, and it tracks the store, the landing page and the lead form the same way. Events go server-side first-party, so ad blockers and Safari do not strip them.

Every visit gets a verdict

A pixel plugin fires on every visit that looks like a shopper. Bots add to cart and start checkouts too. DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies. Turn on Real people only for a platform and flagged visits never reach it (see click fraud protection). It is off by default, so you choose where it applies. Every bot event your ads receive is one they go looking for more of.

The sale does not always happen at checkout

Plenty of stores quote large orders, take phone orders or sell on credit. Service businesses sell almost nothing at checkout. A store plugin sees the website. DataCops installs once on HighLevel and sends leads, booked calls, show-ups, won deals with their value and paid invoices to your ads. Any other CRM posts the sale to a private webhook. Cancellations, no-shows and lost deals are never sent. See offline conversions.

Consent is built in

Pixel Manager connects to popular consent tools, which means you buy and run one. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, served from your own domain. Website events wait for consent before they are sent. The visitor cookie lasts up to 400 days, and in the EU that still needs consent.

You can see why each event was sent

Pixel Manager offers verbose logging, which is a developer tool. DataCops writes every conversion as a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it. When a client asks why last week's purchases dropped, you open the row.

Delivery log, one order
Purchase to MetaSent
Purchase to Google AdsSent
Purchase to TikTokHeld, waiting for consent
Purchase to LinkedInSkipped, flagged visit

Privacy and deletion in one place

Visitors can ask for deletion through a form on your privacy page: they confirm by email, their session is anonymised, and a status page shows what was done. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are handled automatically; Google Ads is still a manual step. Click IDs, sessions and the click log are deleted after 90 days, and the identity store holds hashed email and phone only. We found no equivalent on Pixel Manager's site.

Pixel Manager tells you the pixel fired. DataCops tells you whether it should have.

Offline conversions: the sale a plugin cannot see

If every sale happens at checkout, a store plugin sees it. Many businesses are not like that. Here is what DataCops adds, by business.

  4. The stage goes to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, counted once.

Meta health and wellness restrictions

Plenty of WooCommerce stores sell supplements, skincare or wellness products. Meta may restrict the events it accepts from them. What usually causes it is the data itself: the page link names the product, the event carries the product name, the checkout sends extra fields.

With a pixel plugin, keeping that out means hunting through settings for every field it sends, and checking again after every plugin update.

With DataCops, you switch on health mode. It sends only a short approved list and blocks everything else. Page links are cut to the domain and event names go neutral, so Lead becomes L_1.

1. DataCops: best Pixel Manager alternative overall

Any site · Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn · free up to 2,000 sessions, Business $49 a month billed yearly ($59 monthly), agency plans from $199

DataCops is the tracking solution for ad-funded businesses: it keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale that happens after the form to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.

DataCops does the plugin's core job, server-side events to your ad platforms, from your own subdomain and on any site. Then it adds what a plugin leaves to you: a bot verdict per visit, a consent manager, a delivery log with reasons, and the CRM sales that close after the click.

Why people switch to it

  • One script for every site, not only Woo
  • Real people only keeps bots out per platform
  • Consent manager included
  • Booked, won and paid from your CRM

Worth knowing

  • Four ad platforms only
  • No WordPress plugin; you paste a script
  • Higher entry price than Starter

Best for: anyone who wants tracking you can trust, not just more pixels.

2. PixelYourSite: best for many pixels on a yearly licence

WordPress plugin · free version, Pro $199 a year for 1 site, $249 for up to 10, $699 for up to 100

The closest like-for-like swap. PixelYourSite is a WordPress plugin with many pixels, and its 10 and 100 site licences bundle Pinterest, Bing and Reddit add-ons. If you run lots of small sites, the yearly price is hard to beat.

It is still a plugin, so the gaps stay the same: bots, consent and CRM sales are yours to solve. Compare it on our PixelYourSite alternatives page.

Why people switch to it

  • Yearly licence, many sites
  • Lots of pixels

Worth knowing

  • WordPress only
  • Same plugin gaps

Best for: anyone who wants another plugin, cheaper per site.

3. Conversios: best for pixels plus a product feed

Woo and Shopify · free version, Woo Pixel Pro $89.10 a year, CAPI Pro $179.10, Server Side $449.10 for 1 domain

Conversios covers both WooCommerce and Shopify and sells a product feed manager next to its pixel plans. Useful if Google Shopping matters to you. Server-side sits on a higher tier than the pixel plan, so check which one you need before you buy.

Why people switch to it

  • Woo and Shopify
  • Product feed option

Worth knowing

  • Server-side is a separate, pricier plan
  • No bot switch or CRM stages stated

Best for: stores that also need a shopping feed.

4. Elevar: best for bigger Shopify brands

Shopify · Core $225 a month up to 2,000 orders and 2 destinations

Elevar is a serious Shopify tracking tool, priced by orders and destinations. If you are moving off WooCommerce to Shopify and doing real volume, it is a common pick. It does not help a Woo store, and it is built around orders, not CRM stages. More on our Elevar alternatives page.

Why people switch to it

  • Deep Shopify tracking

Worth knowing

  • Shopify only
  • Price climbs with orders and destinations

Best for: large Shopify brands.

5. TrackBee: best for Shopify priced by revenue

Shopify · Start 79 euros a month for 2 stores and 25,000 euros tracked revenue, Pro 199, Scale 449

TrackBee sells server-side tracking for Shopify, priced by the revenue it tracks, with a 30-day free trial. Simple for a growing store. Like Elevar, it is no use on WooCommerce, and the bill grows as you sell more.

Why people switch to it

  • Server-side for Shopify
  • 30-day trial

Worth knowing

  • Shopify only
  • Priced on your revenue

Best for: Shopify stores that want server-side without setup.

What you give up with DataCops

Fair question, so here is the straight answer.

  • Fewer destinations. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. No GA4 feed, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit or Microsoft Ads.
  • A higher price for one small store. A $19 plugin, or a one-time plugin licence, costs less on the invoice.
  • Store-specific reports. Payment gateway diagnostics and deep GA4 ecommerce setup are Pixel Manager's home turf.
  • No plugin. You paste a script instead of clicking Install in WordPress.

How to choose a Pixel Manager alternative

Stay with Pixel Manager if

  • You run WooCommerce stores and every sale happens at checkout.
  • You need Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft Ads or GA4 fed.
  • Bots are not a problem in your ad accounts.

Pick DataCops if

  • You track sites that are not WooCommerce, or more than a store.
  • Sales close after the click: a quote, a call, a CRM deal.
  • You want bots kept out and consent handled in one tool.

Moving from Pixel Manager without losing tracking

  1. Add DataCops next to the plugin. One script and one DNS record.
  2. Connect the same ad accounts, and send each event from one place only. Switch that platform off in Pixel Manager so nothing counts twice.
  3. Compare for two weeks in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads, including what DataCops skipped as bots.
  4. Connect your CRM to add the sales the plugin never saw.
  5. Remove the plugin for the platforms DataCops now covers. Keep it for any others you still need.

Pixel Manager alternatives: FAQ

What is the best Pixel Manager alternative?

If you want another WooCommerce plugin with many pixels, PixelYourSite or Conversios. If the plugin model itself is the limit (bots in your events, consent handled by another tool, sales that close in a CRM, sites that are not WooCommerce), DataCops replaces it: one script on any site, server-side from your own subdomain, a bot verdict on every visit, a consent manager built in, and CRM stages sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.

How much does Pixel Manager for WooCommerce cost?

On sweetcode.com, checked September 2026: Starter $19 a month for 1 site, Business $45 for 5 sites, Agency $59 for 10 sites and Agency Plus $89 for 25 sites, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. There is also a free version on wordpress.org.

Does Pixel Manager work outside WooCommerce?

It is built for WooCommerce on WordPress. Its plans page names no other platform. DataCops is one script, so it works on any site: WordPress, a custom build, a landing page tool or a lead form.

Does Pixel Manager filter bots?

We found no bot, datacenter, VPN or proxy check on its site. DataCops gives every visit a verdict and, with Real people only on for a platform, keeps flagged visits out of it. The switch is off by default, and when on it keeps about 99% of bots out.

Does Pixel Manager have a consent manager?

It connects to popular consent tools, so you run a consent banner from another vendor. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built on IAB TCF v2.2, and website events wait for consent before they are sent.

Is there a DataCops WordPress plugin?

No. DataCops is one script and one DNS record. You add the script to your site head, the same way on WordPress as anywhere else, and connect your ad accounts with one click each.

Can Pixel Manager send CRM or offline sales?

We found no CRM or offline stage feature on its site. It tracks the store. DataCops installs once on HighLevel and sends leads, booked calls, show-ups, won deals with their value and paid invoices. Any other CRM posts to a private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n.

Which ad platforms does DataCops send to?

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn. No Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit or GA4 feed. Pixel Manager lists far more destinations, so if you need those, it wins that row.

Is DataCops cheaper than Pixel Manager?

Not on the invoice. Pixel Manager starts at $19 a month for one store. DataCops is free up to 2,000 sessions, then Business is $49 a month billed yearly ($59 monthly) for 50,000 sessions. A session is one visit, like in Google Analytics. The fair comparison adds the consent tool, the bot losses and the sales your ads never hear about.
