LeadCops

Block the fake submissions, carry every real lead with its full journey and a human-verified stamp, keep the junk out of your CRM, and send only qualified, verified conversions to your ad platforms, where they outperform raw form fills.

The problem

A lead form is the easiest thing on the internet to abuse. Bots submit it thousands of times. Real people enter throwaway emails to grab a discount. Competitors and click farms fill it with noise. Every one of those fake submissions flows straight into your CRM as if it were a real prospect, and straight to your ad platforms as if it were a real conversion. Nothing at the form checks whether the person is real, whether the email is reachable, or whether the lead is worth anything.

Why raw lead capture fails

A normal lead pipeline has no idea what it is passing along, because it never inspects it. Three things are missing at exactly the moment they matter.

  • No email reality check. The form accepts any string that looks like an email. It never asks whether the domain can actually receive mail, whether it is a disposable throwaway, or whether it is a catch-all that accepts anything. So invalid and fake addresses are stored and emailed as if they were customers.
  • No human check. The form cannot tell a person from a script or a paid clicker. A bot filling the form and a real buyer filling the form produce the identical record. The fraud is invisible at the point of capture.
  • No memory of the journey. The lead arrives as a name and an email in a vacuum. The ad that brought them, the pages they read, the fact they came back three times, all of it is gone. Your CRM receives a flat contact with no story and no proof of intent.

What it costs you

  • Wasted sales time. Your SDRs work a list that is padded with fakes and junk. Every hour spent chasing a disposable email is an hour not spent on a real buyer.
  • A CRM bill for junk. Most CRMs charge by the contact. Every fake and unqualified lead you store is a line item you are paying for, forever, to keep noise.
  • Ad spend trained on the wrong people. Send every raw form fill to Meta or Google and the algorithm learns that form-fillers, including the fake ones, are your customers, and goes to find more of them.
  • No trust in the number. Nobody can tell which leads are real, so the whole funnel is argued over instead of acted on.

How DataCops solves it

LeadCops inspects every lead at the moment it is submitted. It validates the email, verifies the person is a real human, and attaches their full journey, so what reaches your CRM is a clean, trustworthy record and what reaches your ad platforms is a real conversion. Then it can hold each lead until your CRM confirms it qualified, and only then release it to Meta and Google, where a verified, qualified conversion teaches the algorithm far more than a raw form fill.

One product covers the whole path: catch the fakes, keep the journey, protect the CRM, and feed the ad platforms only the leads that actually matter.

Validate the submission

The instant a form is submitted, DataCops enriches it in real time from two services it runs itself: its own email validation engine and its own IP intelligence service. Then it runs your rules in order. Anything blocked is logged but never forwarded to your CRM. Clean leads pass through immediately with their full detail. You choose which rules are on:

  • Block disposable and temporary email addresses.
  • Block emails whose domain cannot actually receive mail.
  • Flag or block catch-all domains that accept anything.
  • Flag datacenter network addresses, and block VPN, proxy, and Tor addresses.
  • Require a real business email rather than a free personal one, if that fits your funnel.

This is the layer that stops the obvious fakes, the throwaway emails, and the bot floods before they ever cost you anything.

Built in, not bolted on

Other lead tools are plugins. To validate an email they call one third-party service, to check an IP they call another, to attribute a click they rely on a browser pixel, and none of those pieces know about each other. DataCops runs all of it itself: the email validation, the IP reputation, the click attribution, and the durable identity are one connected system, not a stack of separate subscriptions bolted together.

That changes three things a bolted-on stack cannot match:

  • One verdict, not four opinions. The email score, the network score, the behaviour, and the identity are fused into a single decision about one lead, instead of four disconnected checks you have to reconcile.
  • One company on your data. Your visitors' emails and addresses are not shipped out to a chain of third-party validators. The checks happen inside DataCops. Fewer processors, a cleaner compliance story.
  • The click is never lost. Because attribution is part of the same system, the ad click that earned the lead stays attached from the first touch all the way through to the conversion, instead of falling off at the seam between tools.

Verified human, with a journey

Validating the email is only half of it. Every submission also runs through the DataCops fraud verdict, the same two-layer check that reads the network the visit comes from and how the session behaved on the page. A lead is only marked real once it passes as a genuine human.

And because LeadCops sits on top of the same capture that senses a visitor's whole behaviour, each real lead does not arrive as a flat name and email. It arrives with its journey attached: the exact ad click they came in on, captured from the link and recovered at the edge before the browser could strip it, the pages they read, and the times they came back, all tied to one durable identity held up to 400 days. What reaches your CRM is a person with a verified, human-checked history and a real attribution trail, not an anonymous row.

A CRM your team can trust

Because the fakes are stopped before delivery, your CRM fills with real people only. That changes three things at once:

  • Your SDRs save time. They work a list of verified humans, each with a visible journey and intent, instead of sifting the real from the junk. Every call is to someone who actually exists and actually engaged.
  • Your CRM bill drops. You are no longer paying, month after month, to store fake and unqualified contacts. The list you keep is the list worth keeping.
  • The data is trustworthy. A lead in the CRM comes stamped as human-verified, with the ad and the behaviour that produced it, so sales and marketing are looking at the same real picture.

Qualified conversions to CAPI

This is where the loop closes and the ad spend pays off. You can set a lead to wait rather than deliver at once. In wait mode it is captured, validated, and synced to your CRM, but nothing is sent to your ad platforms yet. You tell DataCops which CRM field and value means qualified for you, for example a stage set to Sales Qualified. When your CRM sets that value, DataCops releases the conversion to Meta and Google, with the original ad click still attached.

A verified, qualified conversion is a far stronger training signal than a raw form fill. When you feed the ad algorithm only real people who your sales team accepted, it learns what a real buyer looks like and goes to find more of them. That is why qualified conversions delivered through CAPI outperform: higher match quality, a lower cost per genuinely qualified lead, and an algorithm optimising toward revenue instead of toward whoever fills the most forms. Send it junk and it finds junk. Send it your best customers and it finds more of them.
