HubSpot integration

Send only verified, human, qualified contacts to HubSpot, each with its full journey and consent attached. Your CRM fills with real buyers instead of fake form fills, and your team stops chasing ghosts. One-click connect, no code.

What it is

This connects DataCops to HubSpot and keeps your CRM clean. Instead of dumping every form fill into HubSpot, DataCops checks each one first, confirms the email is real and the person is not a bot, attaches the full journey and consent, waits until the lead actually qualifies, and only then creates or updates the contact.

A CRM is only as useful as the contacts inside it. What makes DataCops different is that the whole platform, email verification, the fraud verdict, the 400-day identity, and the consent gate, decides what earns a place in HubSpot. Your SDRs open the CRM to real people, not a list padded with fakes.

Why raw form data ruins a CRM

Most CRM connectors push every form submission straight into HubSpot. That sounds helpful until you see what actually comes through a public form:

  • Fake and bot fills. Bots and competitors fill forms with junk, and it all lands in your CRM as a real-looking contact.
  • Disposable and mistyped emails. Throwaway inboxes and typos become dead contacts you can never reach, and they drag down your email deliverability.
  • No context. A raw form fill arrives with a name and nothing else, so your team has no idea if it came from a paid ad, an ad blocker, or a bot.
  • You pay for all of it. HubSpot pricing scales with contacts, so every fake and dead record is a line on your bill, and every one wastes an SDR's time.

The problem is not the sync. It is what you are syncing. DataCops fixes that before HubSpot ever sees the contact.

How DataCops builds each contact

A DataCops contact is not a raw form fill. It is verified and enriched before it is synced, so what reaches HubSpot is a real person your team can act on straight away.
  • Email verification confirms the address is real. Disposable, mistyped, and undeliverable emails are caught before they become a contact, so your list stays reachable.
  • The fraud verdict confirms the person is real. Bots and form-fill fraud are stopped here, so they never reach your CRM or your SDRs.
  • The 400-day durable identity attaches the journey. The first touch, the ad and campaign that drove them, and the pages they saw are joined to the contact, so your team knows exactly where the lead came from.
  • The consent gate records the opt-in. Whether the person agreed to marketing is written onto the contact, so you only ever market where you are allowed.

Because HubSpot is your own CRM, the contact details are synced as normal readable fields, not hashed. Hashing is only for ad platforms; your CRM needs the real name and email to be useful.

What gets synced to HubSpot

Each contact arrives complete, so it is ready to work the moment it lands:

SyncedWhat it gives your teamWhere DataCops gets it
Contact detailsEmail, name, phone, and company, so the contact is ready to work the moment it lands. The form, confirmed real before it is synced
Full journeyFirst touch, the ad and campaign that drove them, and the pages they saw, so your team knows where the lead came from.400-day durable identity and first-party capture
Lead sourceThe real channel and campaign, written onto the contact, so your CRM reporting is accurate.Attribution kept on the durable identity
Consent stateWhether the person opted in to marketing, recorded on the contact so you only market where you are allowed. The consent gate
QualificationOnly contacts that reached your qualified bar are synced, so the CRM is not filled with noise.Hold-until-qualified rule

The sync runs both ways: DataCops writes clean contacts into HubSpot, and can read HubSpot back to know when a lead has become qualified. Duplicates are matched and merged, so the same person is never created twice.

Only qualified contacts

You decide what qualified means, and DataCops holds a lead until it gets there. A contact can be held until it is verified human, until its email is confirmed, or until HubSpot itself marks it qualified, and only then is it synced or sent onward to your ads. This is what keeps your CRM, and the conversions you report to ad platforms, made only of people worth paying for.

The same qualified contact can then be sent to your ad platforms as a conversion. See LeadCops for the full qualified-lead journey.

Connect in one click

This is the whole setup. No code, no developer, no field mapping to maintain by hand.

  1. Connect HubSpot

Log in to HubSpot once from DataCops. That is the only permission step.

  2. Choose what qualifies

Set the bar a contact must clear before it syncs, verified human, real email, or your own qualified stage.

  3. Map your fields

In Event Manager, map the contact and journey fields to HubSpot properties, one time.

From then on, every clean, qualified contact is built and synced to HubSpot automatically.

Why your CRM gets better

  • Your SDRs trust the list. Every contact is a verified human with a real email and a known source, so no one wastes a morning calling ghosts.
  • Your bill drops. You stop paying HubSpot for fake and dead contacts, because they never get created.
  • Your deliverability holds. No disposable or mistyped emails means fewer bounces and a healthier sender reputation.
  • Your reporting is real. Every contact carries its true source and journey, so your CRM numbers finally match where the leads actually came from.
